Operating under the guidance of our Executive Director, each of our friendly and experienced staff is well versed in the rules and regulations of Federal Public Housing, established HUD guidelines, and the policies & procedures of this agency.

    • MILC (“Maximizing Independent Living Choices”) – MILC is an organization dedicated to “working to ensure that we and our Nation’s more that 45 million fellow people experiencing disabilities are one day able to participate in, and be considered as equals in, all areas and aspects of the American way of life.”
    • Renewal House – Renewal House, located in Canton, NY, is dedicated to responding “immediately to the needs of victims of domestic violence and sexual assault in St. Lawrence County through services which empower victims and increase community awareness.”
    • Office for the Aging – The St Lawrence County Office for the Aging is committed to “provide services and advocacy for County residents 60 years and older.” 
    • Potsdam Neighborhood Center – The Potsdam Neighborhood Center, along with five other neighborhood centers in the area, “provides services to low-income families with the assistance of community volunteers; the services may be directly offered at the centers, or families may be referred to other agencies and resources as needed.”
    • Helping Hands of Potsdam – Helping Hands of Potsdam, Inc, is a “faith-based non-profit organization serving Potsdam, New York and the outlying area.”
