LOFT Living is your community’s resident portal and mobile app, which enables you to stay connected with staff and other residents, manage rent payments, submit service requests, and much more.
LOFT Living Registration
Below is a link to a flyer with details on how to complete your registration in the LOFT Living online portal. When prompted, please be sure to use the email registered with the Village of Canton Housing Authority main office. If you are not able to complete registration with your email, please reach out to the main office at the contact information at the bottom of this page to ensure your email has been registered correctly, or to add an email address to your file. Any resident 18 or older is eligible to sign up in the portal.

LOFT Living Payments
Paying rent online is one of the many benefits of registration in the LOFT Living online portal. Once you have completed the registration steps (above), you can follow the steps in the flyer below to make payments directly in the portal.
Please note that a convenience fee will be incurred for the use of this service – fees will be clearly indicated prior to completion of your transaction and you have the option to cancel the transaction at any time.
As always, please keep in mind this is a service offered for your convenience; we continue to encourage and accept cash and check payments in the office. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
In addition, LOFT Living offers a rewards program* through RealPage that is free for users of the LOFT Living app. For more information on this program and how you can sign up, please see the flyer below.

Other LOFT Living Features
Of course, online payment is just one of the many great features LOFT living offers. We encourage you to explore the app and learn more about the various options, especially as we add more down the line.
A Few of LOFT Living’s Current Features:
- You can submit non-emergency work orders (please remember that for any emergency work order you should always call the main office – even after hours).
- You can contact the office with questions/concerns.
- You can update your own contact information, emergency contact, vehicle, and pet info.
As we grow and expand, we will be adding more options on LOFT living. You will be able to see informational notices, complete packet documents, and upload documents we have requested.
There will always be offline options for every action available within the app – but LOFT living can offer you a single online location to simplify and streamline where you receive and submit information if you choose to utilize it.

To put in a work order for routine or emergency maintenance on your apartment, please call our main office at the number above.
