Administrative Offices
The office of the Canton Housing Authority is located in the Diane P. Burns building at 37 Riverside Drive. This is a secure site, so when you enter the foyer, you will discover an entry call station. Follow the posted instructions to use the system.
Operating under the guidance of our Executive Director, each of our friendly and experienced staff is well versed in the rules and regulations of Federal Public Housing, established HUD guidelines and the policies & procedures of this agency.

Maintenance Staff
Maintenance staff performs routine and emergency work orders, preventative maintenance and ensures the buildings and grounds are kept up to strict inspection standards. Residents can request a work order for repairs/maintenance by calling the office: 315-386-8381.
